Unless you can prove that she’s an unfit mother, I don’t think there’s much you can do with that picture. An empty liquor bottle does not imply that she’s an alcoholic or that the child is living in an unsafe environment.

I own a brewery are you saying I am a bad parent. There are cases in my house at some times of the year. When I say cases I mean 100’s if the garage is full. I don’t think it is O.K to drink around children but unless the pic was of him drinking out of the bottle the courts will do nothing because anyone above 21 has a right to possess alcohol.
