The Moscow Visa office requested some additional documents for my application. Can I submit them to anyone in person?
No, we cannot take your documents in person. You can either send them by mail or drop them off to the mailbox in the waiting area of the Visa Section from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (except during the lunch break from 1-2 p.m.). Your documents will be passed over to the case officer for review. We will not acknowledge their receipt but we will advise you in writing if any further action is required of you. Please note that you must indicate your Moscow file number on each document you submit. Also, please remember that if you use a courier company such as Pony Express courier or IOM offices to submit documents we will acknowledge receipt of the documents to this courier.
