The message button is always gray. Whats wrong?
PeopleLink Instant Message works between two users who both have registered, downloaded and installed the software, and who are both online at the same time. Your message button will be grey, or inactive, if the person selected in your address book is not available to receive messages. If you want to make sure that your software is working, add your own email address to your address book. When you highlight your name, you’ll see that the message button becomes active. You can then click on “message” and send a message to yourself.
