The menu item or toolbar that I want to use isn enabled. Whats wrong?
If a menu item or toolbar button you need to use is not enabled, check that you have selected the proper element. You can use the Whats This button to get help on a menu item or button as described above. This should tell you what needs to be selected before that menu item or button is enabled. Similarly, if there is a menu missing, the cursor may not have focus on the correct window. For example, in Design Editor, if you click on the Navigator window, a Navigator menu will appear, but if you click the Property Palette window, the Navigator window is replaced by a Properties menu.
