The Mental Training Room is comprised of 6 downloadable exercises, a program guide, and a set of worksheets. How are they used?
The key to using the Mental Training Room is the program guide which takes you week by week through the use of mental training exercise and worksheets. It also provides a complete Mental Training record for you to keep track of your progress throughout the 6 week program. The 6 downloadable audio exercises in the Mental Training Room are: Goal Setting, Self Hypnosis, Psychocybernetic Imagery, Ideal Performance State, Imagery Training, and Mental Rehearsal. Most athletes have been told many times to psych-up or get focused, but NEVER TAUGHT HOW. The Mental Training Room takes the athlete step by step through each of these skills and teaches them how to focus on their performance goals for practice and competition, how to measure their level of arousal when they are in their psych-up or ideal performance state and how to mentally rehearse by practicing their performance in their mind. Through the repetition of the Mental Training Room exercises the athlete is able to master each of these
