A. Outlook users within your company should receive their notifications/invitations in the form of an Outlook meeting request. If they don’t, make sure RICH TEXT FORMAT (RTF) is turned on in their Outlook. In Outlook, choose Tools | Options | Mail Format and choose Microsoft Outlook Rich Text in the Message format section.
