The Main Page Slide Show upload is missing from my back office, where did it go?
A- We created a new Slide Show upload tool for your main page. Be sure you have our latest version of the program you are using to upload your images. If you are using Preview ProLab, you do not need to uninstall it, but, install Presentation Gold, since we no longer supply Preview ProLab to our users. After 30 days, Presentation will become Presentation Lite. There is no charge to install and use Presentation Gold for the 30 day trial period. The instructions for using the new Slide Show upload module are located under the Preview Gallery menu on our website. Q- I am uploading events and they do not appear in my Preview Gallery on the web. Where did they go. A- Could be one of a few problems 1- You may be over your image upload capacity. We are installing “Meters” for you to check whenever you like, so you can see how space you have used. Go to your back office and scroll down to the bottom of your Web Page Editor/ Preview Gallery Homepage. If you are close to your capacity, remove so
