The login page now asks me for a “User ID”; what is it and how do I get one?
• Your User ID is created during the “enrollment” process and will replace your member number for all future logins. To obtain your User ID, click on the link to “Enroll”. Please remember your User ID. Once you enroll, your User ID will be required for all future logins. Your User ID must be between 6 and 30 characters long and can not contain only numbers.
