The location I have chosen for my event is charging a 10% caterer’s fee. What is that?
There are some locations and venues that charge caterers a percentage of your catering bill – in most cases between 5%-10%. You will see this charge at the bottom of your catering bill. You may want to ask the venue you are choosing if they do charge this being that it will be an extra cost to you.
