For example, the rate to call a landline in Mexico is 2¢ a minute; the rate to call a mobile phone in Mexico is 16¢ a minute. So you will be charged 16¢ a minute to call a mobile phone in Mexico, regardless of whether you make the call from your landline or mobile phone.
