The Live video quality seems to vary as I watch the game. What is going on?
The new Live Video feature in At Bat™ 2010 is designed to automatically choose the best video quality setting for you based on the speed of your connection. Mobile Networks are subject to congestion from multiple sources so even users on 3G networks may see periodic dropoffs in data availability. WiFi networks can also have differing degrees of signal strength. At Bat™ 2010 will dynamically adjust the quality of the stream to fit your available bandwidth while the stream is playing, so you may see a drop in quality if there is a drop in your connectivity. As bandwidth returns the video quality should improve. If you continue to experience difficulties, please go to Tips and Support in the Extras section of At Bat™ 2010.
