1. Arrangements must be made with the court bailiff. 2. The vehicles registered owner must pay a $100 club immobilization fee at the Mentor Municipal Court clerks counter. 3. Take the paperwork received from the Court to the police department and show vehicle registration or title and receive a restricted tow release to give to the tow company. 4. Tow and storage fees must be paid to the tow company and arrangements made to have the vehicle towed to a location authorized by the court bailiff. The vehicle must remain in Lake County and must remain outside in order for the bailiff to randomly check on the vehicle. The vehicle may not be kept in a garage or other closed structure. 5. When the Judge orders the club removed and the plates returned, you will receive your plates and arrangements will be made to remove the steering wheel club from your vehicle.
