HRN supported certification from the beginning discussions about its merit and believes there is a better integration and opportunity to foster the achievement of goals for safety and quality between the accredited organization and the certified staffing firm. HRN earned its first certification in 2005 and continues to concur with The Joint Commission that earning certification does ensure continuous compliance with national standards for leadership, human resources, and information management and performance improvement.
