The J-integral values in the Warp_out file are somewhat different then the FEACrack results. Which values does FEACrack apply?
FEACrack will display the averaged total J-integral values from the Warp3D output file. The first contour J value is not used in the average since it can often be path dependent. The J and K results displayed in the Crack Results windows can also have values at crack angle phi = 0 or pi modified by curve-fitting if some of the J-integrals show high path dependence. If you want to get the raw J-integral results in a more compact form than the Warp3D output file, use the “Create Extracted J Integral Results File” option on the FEA Results/File Selection window (use the check box). The *_res.out file contains all the J-integral, K, and related results values in a formated ASCII file and will have the same leading file name as the mesh file.
