This would depend on the type of investment envisaged. A medium to long term capital accumulation programme, to meet the needs of a child’s Education fund or a personal retirement fund for example, would be constructed in such a way, as to take advantage of good “Dollar cost averaging” opportunities, which subsequently can take advantages of any market situation whether “Bull or Bear”. The best time to have instigated a medium to long term investment, would have been at least ten years before we meet the client. Then we would be in the position of developing a strategy, which would accelerate the growth of an already, quite considerable financial platform. Our reality however, is that meet many prospective clients with little or no financial programmes is place and a finite number of pay days left.
