You may need to clean your InteracTV DVD. Please remove the DVD from your player and clean it using a soft cloth. Always make sure you wipe the DVD from the inside towards the outside in a straight line to avoid scratching the DVD. Please note that InteracTV was designed to play on many DVD player types. Some DVD players may not be compatible with the InteracTV DVD.
