The instruction book says to be careful not to preload the bearings. What amount of endplay do I strive to achieve?
In your answer to Scott on April 1, 2000, you state that it is “not really that bad of a job”. I hope that after tearing it apart everything will appear obvious but do you have any other words of advice for me? Bill will only be here a couple days, I need to be ready. There appears to be a speedometer gear box that has to come off before getting to the bearing.
