This being said, if the user allows Windows to install its own drivers, these Windows drivers will essentially “block” the DVR Card Software installer from recognizing the DVR card(s) and installing the CORRECT drivers. In this situation, the user needs to quit the installer, go to START > CONTROL PANEL > SYSTEM > HARDWARE > DEVICE MANAGER > SOUND, VIDEO AND GAME CONTROLLERS.
