Symptoms: In the DisplayWatch Firmware Upload tool, clicking Upload does not bring up the “Open File” dialog. The application has been installed as an unpriveleged user or the system files required by DisplayWatch have been replaced by older versions. To solve this problem uninstall RoomWatch, then reinstall the application as a priveleged user.
