The installation program says I have an invalid serial number but I have entered it exactly as shown. What is wrong?
A.1 Have you added some text to the Company box? It is necessary to add some text, such as Home, to the text box. If you have problems with the serial number use this information to make installation easier. When you type in your serial number “QPW0400-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX”, keep the following in mind: -Do not use the caps key, let the installer capitalize the letters. -Be sure to use zeros instead of the letter 0. -Use all the dashes as shown and do not add spaces between the numbers. -Do not include the quotes shown above. Note: If you bought an upgrade version, you MUST have the previous version of Quilt Pro installed on your hard drive in order to install version 4. During installation of version 4, you will be given an upgrade code in case you need to reinstall for any reason. Write this code down next to your Version 4 serial number. You may uninstall the previous version after installing version 4.
