The initial period of my “Long term Agreement” is ending, what happens?
BASE MAINTENANCE contracts renew automatically unless either party provides written notification at least 30 days prior to the end of the current contract period. IBM BUSINESS PARTNER CONTRACTS at the end of the contract term, the agreement will continue for an additional 12 months until terminated by either of us with one months written notification.
