The information entered in the Special Education Fiscal Report Program has been examined by the districts auditor. How is the file required to be submitted to DPI created?
Refer to the User Guide, Page 20, “Creating Text File for DPI”. Make sure you submit the right file. For 1999-2000 Annual data, the file will be 00AH followed by your district’s 4 digit code number. Attach DPI provided label and send to DPI. Do not send the file on same diskette used for filing the Annual or Budget reports. Please send your completed PI-1505-SE Annual and Budget Special Education data files as an attachment to: DPIsfsreports@dpi.wi.gov. Indicate on the subject line the name of the school and the title of the report, “PI-1505-SE Annual” or “PI-1505-SE Budget”.
