The IMEI field stays blank even after the application has been assigned and the user has run Download Apps. What should I do?
The IMEI for that phone already exists within MAM as being associated with another phone number. The end-user may have swapped the SIM card to a different phone. The Administrator must edit the blank IMEI field and enter the correct IMEI. Editing the IMEI field will result in a loss of applications.
