The image on my mugs are crooked and i put coffee in one and it cracked the entire cup i havent even had them very long is there any way to contact someone?

Please note that we cannot be responsible for cracked coffee mugs as we have no influence over how our mugs are treated once they leave our shop. Please note that it is not possible to put an image on any mug and the image is not crooked in some way as no coffee mug nor stein is perfectly cylindrical thus making it impossible to achieve perfectly non-crooked coffee mug decorations. Images that are somewhat crooked have to be accepted as the norm.
