The iCyte icon doesn appear in my browser toolbar. How can I fix this?
Before you see the iCyte toolbar icon in Firefox you must install our browser add-on. Follow the instructions in our help documentation to install our plugin. If you’ve installed the iCyte browser plugin and don’t see an iCyte icon in your toolbar, go to the View menu in Firefox and select Toolbars -> Customize. Then drag the iCyte icon from the customize toolbar dialog up into your firefox toolbar.
