The hotels are reserved by the organisation and the cost is included in the entry fee. Can I choose my own room and what are the arrangements for the evening meal?
Your entry fee includes hotel room reservations for two people for all the stopover points on the rally, which means that your hotel room will be waiting for you regardless of when you arrive. With the confirmation of your entry, you will receive a form where you will be able to specify the type of room you want (twin, double, single) and make any other specific requests. You may request a change at any time. We will do our best to satisfy your requests, subject to availability The evening meal is always taken together and is of excellent quality. It is accompanied by a prize-giving ceremony during which the day’s best crews will be rewarded.
