Sounds like you’re having a problem with the Macromedia Flash plugin. If you’re using Internet Explorer, you will need to restart your browser for the plugin to register correctly. This is an Internet Explorer/Windows issue only. I’m having trouble installing the Flash plugin On Windows, you need to have Admin privileges on your machine to install the Flash plugin for Internet Explorer. If you’re having trouble working this out, we recommend that you install Firefox. The Flash plugin should install easily.
