The head is too busy, who else can setup a scheme?

Another member of staff can setup the scheme, as long as the head validates it. The scheme takes no effort on the part of the school, as everything will be provided ready to use. The Admin area allows the coordinator to see the progress of the scheme, but all work is taken care of by us at Wheelies Direct Cycle Solutions Ltd.
