A. There are two possible answers to this question. The first is that the HDST Cartridge Mounter extension file is not installed in your Extensions folder. If it is, then the HDST Cartridge Mounter extension file didn’t recognize your MO drive manufacturers name from an inquiry on its firmware. This is usually a problem that can be resolved rather quickly. However, you will need to report it to Intech for resolution. Please use the Tech Support Form on this site and please include the MO manufacturers name as it is displayed in the vendor field of the Hard Disk SpeedTools Program.
