The green filter light has risen to the top of the unit. How do I reset it?
Open the filter panel on the left side of the unit and push the red button in the upper right hand corner behind the filter. The green filter light will reset. Why does the unit play music when I first turn it on and after every ten minutes of use? The Jupiter either beeps or plays music when it is in cleaning mode, which means the electrodes have reverse polarity and acid water is coming out the silver tube and alkaline water is coming on the tube that runs into the sink. This happens when you initially turn the Jupiter Water Ionizer on by running water through it and after ten minutes of use. Self-cleaning dramatically extends the use of the electrodes.
