The Grand Dollhouse with Bonus Pack is advertised as deeper and wider and 20% bigger, yet the dimensions are the same as the orginal. What gives?

I know that there are addition items added to the bonus pack,which is great, but the house itself is advertised as being wider and deeper with 20% more space. But if you look at the specifications of both the “Bonus Pack House” and the orginal “Grand Dollhouse” they are the same. I’m not understanding this. I bought this thinking I was getting a larger house.
