The Gold Card and/or the Gold Card Reader no longer works. Can I get a replacement?
Whether purchased from the website or received via the Gold Card Offer, any malfunctioned devices will be replaced by MindArk. Broken Reader Log in to your account on the website and order a new reader. The new reader will be sent to the address registered on your account. To get a refund of the purchase price for the new reader, please return the old and broken one to us.
