The game is playing in a small window. How can I make it play in full screen?

The game is too dark in software mode Video AVI problems When I try to switch to full screen mode, the game goes right back to a window, displays an error message, or crashes. When running KHG, the picture on my monitor is off-center and/or some of it is not visible off the edges of the monitor.
