Our strategic planning review revealed that the focus of employee relations and workplace relations is moving to an enterprise, rather than an industry based orientation. The Employee Council office staff comprise of Suncorp employees and its services are delivered by staff who have an in depth knowledge of the organisation, its communication channels and culture. This enables us to give fast, efficient and dedicated service to employees, right down to the smallest of issues that would be extremely difficult for an external industry body to deliver.
