Most class A motor home mirrors have spring fingers installed which push against the side of the mirror shell and dampen vibration. There is also a method to adjust the glass to reduce vibration. In the Technical Service documents page there is is a file “Adjusting mirror head, glass, spring fingers” to assist you.
