The FileSphere menus don’t appear in Office applications in Microsoft Office 2003?
If the FileSphere menu is not visible in Word, Excel or PowerPoint, it may be that the Microsoft Office Add-ins were not installed when FileSphere was installed. However, if these Add-ins are installed, you may need to install a patch, released by Microsoft, to address .NET 2 Framework Add-In issues with Microsoft Office 2003. To check the Microsoft Office Add-ins are installed: Run the FileSphere Setup.exe from the FileSphere installation CD and select Modify If the Microsoft Office Add-in checkbox is not ticked, select it and follow the rest of the steps of the installation wizard.
