The FileMaker Pro databases included with the JPT disk image are not locked. They will only appear locked if you open them from the locked JPT disk image. Before opening the example databases, copy them to your hard drive and then open. You will now be able to edit the embedded scripts and include the functionality of dialing JPT from your own FileMaker Pro databases. Also, there are two different example databases with slightly different scripts to support FileMaker Pro 7 and earlier versions. Use “Dial via JPT (FMP7).fp7” for FileMaker Pro 7 and “Dial via JPT (FMP5).fp5” for versions 6 and earlier. If you continue to have problems. Try quitting and restarting FileMaker Pro before opening the appropriate database.
