The FFO appears to omit locations that have been funded in prior MBDA program years, is this correct?
The MBDA Business Center (MBC) program is a new program altogether. Each proposed center is strategically located in areas with significant levels of minority population and minority firms. Only those areas that have been identified in the FFO are eligible for funding under the MBC program. Other locations will not be considered.
