The FE-230 supports PRINT Image Matching™ (PIM3). What is Print Image Matching?
PRINT Image Matching (PIM3) technology ensures that PIM3-enabled digital cameras and printers work together to produce the best possible prints. As the digital camera records an image, it embeds print-specific information into the header of the image file. The parameters incorporated into the image file include gamma level, sharpness, brightness, saturation, shadow, highlight, and color balance. PIM3-enabled printers are able to instantly identify this information and use it to produce superior color, quality and detail in every print.
