Remove the drain plug and remove any materials that are impeding the flow of the water. If you cannot remove the drain plug, please reference the lavatory instructions and follow the instructions to remove the ball rod that will allow you to remove the drain plug. Q: The faucet drain will not seal. A: This situation requires access to the ball rod under the sink. Please reference the lavatory installation instructions on how to install the drain. Adjust the ball rod and extension rod so that the drain plug drops down far enough to seal the sink.
