The equipment has been delivered, who sets things up from my computer?
On the devices where it is applicable, it is up to you to connect your device once it arrives on-site, rest assured you won’t be left in the dark. It’s as easy as loading the software CD that came with your device and following the on-screen instructions. There is never a cost for phone support if your warranty is active, or if you have a Xerox maintenance contract. Also, many of our customers engage their usual IT resources for on-site help.
