The entrance fee seems quite high, why?
The Club face a paradox situation on this issue…. On one hand, the Club is fortunate enough to receive a piece of vacant land from The Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) to build up an airfield (IMAC). Unfortunately, associated cost of construction is high, and we have a schedule of construction works to be done to keep up with our land grant conditions with the Government. Up till today our Club spent over HK$3million on construction of facilities at the IMAC alone. It still requires more constructions and maintenance works, and these costs lots of money. Simple math has it that even all our members each contribute the full entrance fee the total amount could not make even half of the total cost that we spent up till now, not to mention the cost of maintenance.
