The Eco system supports standard dyes used for multiplexing; can I use other dyes or new dyes in the future?
The Eco optical system supports dyes within four channels, ranging from 505 to 705 nm. The optical system can detect any dyes that fall within those ranges. Channel Excitation (nm) Emission (nm) Example Fluorophores Detected 1 452–486 505–545 SYBR Green I, FAM 2 542–582 604–644 ROX 3 452–486 562–596 HEX, VIC 4 542–582 665–705 Cy5 • The errorlog.txt file has many entries saying “Unable to copy Queued file (retry later)”, “The network path was not found.”, and/or “Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password”. What should I do about it? During a typical run, SCS real time analysis may occasionally run into copy issues, but it will retry copying the file later. As long as all is fine, SCS real time analysis proceeds normally. Therefore, seeing a few of these issues in the error log is acceptable. However, if you see many of these entries (dozens or hundreds), there could be a problem with your network. You may be using the wrong password, network path, or your network may not be fast
