The e200 will not play videos downloaded from Google Video site. Why?

As of June 22, 2006, the e200 does NOT support videos that are downloaded from the Google Video site. If a Google Video file is downloaded to a PC and then the file is converted using the Sansa Media Converter it will only show a black screen and only blips of sound can be heard. Please continue to check SanDisk.com for e200 firmware updates that may address this issue.
