The duration of the timer in the Chi Machine is 30 minutes. Can I use the machine for such a long time?
Duration can be increased gradually up to a maximum of 15 minutes per session for healthy people. Generally speaking, if you use it twice daily, each time for up to 15 minutes (once in the morning and once in the evening before going to bed), it will be fitness-effective. It is not recommended that you increase the duration to more than 15 minutes, even if you have felt comfortable using it for 15 minutes at a time over a reasonable period of time. Using the machine for longer than 15 minutes a session is considered excessive and could lead to ill effects for some people.
