The draft timer expired on someone – how do they make up their pick?
The commissioner can, at any time, use the “waivers” option to make up the pick for that owner. When the pick gets made up, and what player can be selected, is strictly up to your league rules. Or, you may choose the “Allow the system to automatically pick a player for the owner based the highest-ranked available player according to rankings displayed on the Draft Tracker page.” option on your Draft Setup page.
