SR Codes are case sensitive in WebFOCUS and AISystem – they are not in RAPS. RAPS is not case sensitive and treats an SR code of “AB” and “ab” as one of the same. However, both WebFOCUS and AISystem are case sensitive and these are considered completely different SR codes. In fact, AISystem only displays the capital SR codes and you cannot get the lower-case ones to even display on inquiry screens.
