I highly encourage children to be involved in the training process. Due to liability reasons, an adult must be present with any child under the age of 18. I request that a second adult be present if there are children attending class under the age of 12. This allows one adult to participate in training classes and the other adult to supervise the children in a manner that allows the whole class to get the most out of each training session. I realize there are some children who are under the age of 12 who are mature enough to sit through and participate in an hour long training session without needing a second adult present, I will consider those children on a case by case basis after I’ve had a chance to meet and observe them in a training class.
