The DKP page for my player lists me as getting negative points for being late/whatever. What gives?

When a raid is entered into the system, everyone who attended that raid is given the max amount of points for that raid- say 7. Then, people who were late are deducted points off of that, -1 for being late. The late people end up with a net gain of +6 DKP, which is what they deserve.
