The display on the copier is difficult to see (too light/dark)?

There is a small contrast dial to the right of the screen. Turn this to adjust the display’s brightness and contrast. My copy has come out with a line across it! When you place a document in the document feeder, there is a small strip of glass underneath which reads the paper as it goes through. This small strip of glass is situated to the left of the main glass and is approximately 2cm in width. If this strip of glass has specks of dirt or correction fluid on it, it can cause lines to appear on copies. To rectify, please wipe/clean this strip of glass with a soft cloth or tissue making sure you leave no particles or residue behind. If you don’t have a cloth, please phone Print Services and we’ll be happy to come over and clean it for you.
